Basically in a natural condition.
This is a field near Central Park in Huntington Beach.
It's right next to a horse stabling place, so it's not unusual
to see horses and even buggies being ridden here.
The sign leading into this place says:
WARNING
All users of this area do so at their own risk
This area is neither patrolled nor supervised
This is neither an improved trail system nor a park site
This area is basically in a natural condition
One of the few bits of land in Huntington Beach that is unused.
