09.02.2011 - Moonset

The full moon was glowing so bright on this clear spring morning that I was woken by the sheer amount of light in my room at 5am, I thought it was late morning already! This is in fact the moon sinking into darkness behind the oil rigs off the Northern OC coast. When you're living on a renters budget in Laguna Beach, sometimes all you get for your high rent is "the view." Sure there maybe a few telephone poles and your wealthy neighbors oceanfront home blocking your view a bit, but between all that... its always amazing.
